RIGO™ RIGO™ offers an advanced screen-printing technique that allows clients to elevate their creativity with large-scale repeat capabilities and murals. Our state-of-the-art production facility can print on a variety of substrates, including vinyl, paper, natural grasscloth, and more.
At RIGO™, we bring your imagination to life through our Design Center, ensuring that your customers receive a lasting impression with every project.
Our silk-screen printing process uses flat mesh screens held within a frame to transfer the design onto the chosen substrate. The design image is reproduced on the mesh screen, and areas not part of the design are blocked with a resist, such as wax. Ink is then applied to the screen, and a rubber squeegee pushes the ink across the screen, forcing it through the open areas of the design onto the substrate. Each color in the design requires its own screen, making this process ideal for specialty and customized products.
